Chassis  
The chassis comes from a Tomix DMU. With some modifications it is a superb chassis for the Y6 railcar.
on the picture below You can see the modified chassis in front of the original.
The boggies should then be painted grimy gray and the rest of the chassis matt black.
Then I have mounted Scharfenberg couplings (Tomix) and snow ploughs on a small piece of styrene in both ends. The couplings are not mounted the usual way. My railcar is not meant to be coupled together with any other car  (Though the prototypes are able to connect to others) so the couplings are made for "good looking" not for use.

The snow ploughs are made of styrene sheet 0.4 mm and painted red.

Dummy Car
This is the dummy chassis for the trailer which should be a static model.
The chassis is all made of styrene parts.
