Modern commuter trains
The lines in the Bergslagen Region is mainly operated by a couple of regional cooperations of train, bus and underground companies from thr region.
Tim - Traffic in Mälardalen which operates the lines around lake Mälaren
Tåg i Bergslagen - Trains i Bergslagen which operates the lines north of lake Mälaren

Both cooperations uses a couple of different operators for the commuter trains, mainly maintained with Regina trains as on the pictures of the models below.

The yellow train on the picture below is a guest and comes from another operator, Västtrafik which operates the lines at the Swedish western region from Gothenburg.

British Rail - rare foreign guests
On this layout there is even a few engines and coaches representing the magic world of  British trains. much of my inspiration comes from Britain. From books and magazines and a couple of pack packing sessions with the "Britrail pass" in the early eighties. Mainly in Wales and Scotland. The prototypes for the engines are based in the Scottish region.
